Rum Ball Recipe

Ingredients

250g crushed biscuits

395g condensed milk

¼ cocoa

1 cup coconut

1 ½ tbs rum

1 cup coconut

 

Method      

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl using your hands until it creates an even mixture.
  2. Wet your hands and roll the mixture into small balls. Each ball should be no larger than a golf ball.
  3.  Refrigerate the balls for 2 hours until firm. To speed up, freeze instead.
