Bold whisky and peaty malt are balanced by zingy ginger and sour lemon for a strong, refreshing drink.

  • 40mL Chivas Regal Scotch 12YO
  • 10mL Laphroaig Select Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 20mL lemon juice
  • 15mL honey syrup
  • 15mL ginger juice
  • Lemon slice to garnish



  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. hake hard with ice for approximately 10 seconds.
  2. Strain into a rocks or old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon slice. Serve.
