IGA Drink and Dine Like Local: Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
1kg of Pork Ribs
2 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Barbeque Sauce
Wild Turkey
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C
2. Place the ribs into a large pot with water to cover. Season with the salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Bring water to a boil cooking the ribs until tender.
3. Remove ribs from the pot, and place them in a baking dish. Pour the barbeque sauce mixed with Wild Turkey over ribs. Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 70 degrees C.
